Purchaser: Full-time / Aarhus C

We are looking for a purchaser who is ready to take ownership of the purchasing function in a small, ambitious team – and who will help build the structure as we grow.

2026 is our most ambitious year yet, with a lot of new developments in our product department. This requires purchasing to run smoothly – from the first sample request until the goods arrive at the warehouse. You will own this process.

You will work closely with our designer and founder, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that timelines and orders are met. You don't wait to be told what to do – you see what's missing and solve it.

What you will work with:

• Supplier communication and follow-up from sample to delivery
• Creation and follow-up on purchase orders and reorders
• Keeping track of timelines and flagging when something is going off track
• Import, freight quotes, and advisories to our warehouse partner
• Evaluation and selection of suppliers for various styles – including sparring with our sourcing consultant
• Product creation in our internal systems
• Small purchases – packaging, accessories, and other items

Who we are looking for: You have experience in a similar role within the fashion industry. You are structured, commercially minded, and thrive with many tasks at hand. You are not the type to wait to be guided, but you know when to escalate a decision.
