How long is your return policy?
We offer an extended 100-day return policy, so you can make a purchase with us with peace of mind, without having to stress about the reflection period.
Do you offer free exchanges?
YES! To ensure a good experience, we offer free exchanges for a new size or a new product.
How quickly do you process my exchange/return?
Our warehouse manually inspects all returned packages, so your package may have arrived at the warehouse but not yet been registered as returned. Processing typically takes between 2-10 business days, depending on how busy it is. After this, your exchange will be sent, or your money refunded.
Can I return multiple orders in one combined return?
You are welcome to return multiple orders together. Simply create a return for each individual order in our return portal, and include a note in the package with all the order numbers. Then you can send everything together in one package – you only need to use one QR code or return label.
Exchange with discounts
Of course, you keep the discount your order was purchased with. If you don't see it right away, simply complete the return through our return portal, close the payment window, and then send your order number to support@oversizedliftingclub.com – and we will make sure everything is correct.

Step 2A: Exchanges for Discounted Purchases
If you want to exchange products bought during a sale that has now ended, you will need to pay the difference between the old and new price. Simply complete the return process as usual, then send an email to support@oversizedliftingclub.com with your order number and a note requesting a price adjustment—we’ll take care of the rest.
Step 3:
You will then receive your return label.
